"WIDE IS THE ROAD TO DAMNATION "

WIDE IS THE ROAD TO DAMNATION - STRAIT(NARROW) IS THE GATE TO ETERNAL & EVERLASTING LIFE.

(Today 11th July 2012, the message we heard at ELM by Pastor Vincent Rajendra, directing our FOCUS on the STRAIT  PATH. Body of Christ if YOU have EARS.....Hear what the spirit of the Lord is speaking.)

Dear Brother's & Sister's in the Lord, I am so much touched by these two scriptures in particular, because they so plainly define the TRUTH about DAMNATION & SALVATION.

M't:7:13 reads (Enter ye in at the strait gate) my friends the word STRAIT means NARROW and the Bible is telling YOU & ME to ENTER through the NARROW GATE. Hope this clarifies the confusion about the two paths, because the same verse reads (for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat) this is telling us so clearly that WIDE IS THE ROAD TO DAMNATION.

(CHOICE IS YOUR'S MY FRIEND - 'STRAIT' OR 'WIDE')

M't:7:13: Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
M't:7:14: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.


But my friends JESUS has PLANTED HIS CROSS, right in the middle of the WIDE ROAD and that MY FRIENDS is the biggest ROAD BLOCK (HUMP) of all times.

LET US THEREFORE PUT OUR FOCUS ON THE CROSS, WHICH IS ERECTED IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS HIGHWAY.

• ·          THE GROUND IS LEVEL AT THE FOOT OF THE CROSS AND ALL ARE WELCOMED WITH OPEN ARMS.
• ·          HIS ARMS WERE STRETCHED OUT ON THE CROSS TO WELCOME US INTO HIS FATHER'S KINGDOM,
• ·          HIS FEET WERE NAILED TO THAT CROSS SO THAT WE COULD WALK THE PATH LAID BEFORE US.
• ·          THE CROWN WAS PLACED ON HIS HEAD TO GIVE US THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE TO HAVE THE MIND OF CHRIST.
• ·          THE STRIPES ON HIS BACK WERE FOR THE HEALING OF OUR BODIES, THE BRUISES WERE FOR THE HEALING OF OUR HEARTS AND EMOTIONS.

HE DESIRES JUST TWO THINGS – CHANGE OF MIND AND CHANGE OF DIRECTION

(WHAT DOES IT PROFIT A MAN TO GAIN THE WHOLE WORLD AND LOOSE HIS SOUL)

Hope this message blesses your soul.....looking not at your BLESSINGS but SEEK YE FIRST THE BLESSER
