DOUBT NOT…DOUBT NOT…DOUBT NOT – DOUBT NOT THE WORD OF GOD - WHERE IS YOUR FAITH?

STAND IN FAITH – LOVE GOD! LOVE ONE ANOTHER!

“WHO HAS EARS TO HEAR – HEAR WHAT THE SPIRIT OF GOD HAS TO SAY” This message is not by chance but by his appointed time, a rhythm for us to follow, where we have left behind one of the GIFT & FRUIT of the HOLY SPIRIT.

(I am a CHILD OF GOD, and believe that, because of the GRACE OF GOD, You and I are not CONSUMED. I thank Pastor Vincent Rajendr, for as a GOOD SHEPHERD has brought his sheep this message about FAITH at the ELM services held on 15^th August- Wednesday and 17^th August- Friday. Below is what I have captured in order to document so that when time permits all THE FLOCK OF GOD can READ and EDIFY their SOUL.)

HOW GOD WANT’S YOU TO RECEIVE FAITH & LIVE BY FAITH

1Corin12:9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit [10] To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues [11] But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.

FAITH is the 7th FRUIT and the 3rd GIFT of the HOLY SPIRIT. You have received the GIFT but not the FRUIT

Gala: 5 [22] But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith[23] Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Every CHRISTIAN should not live according to their own understanding.

Proverb:3[1] My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments [2]For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee [3] Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart [4] So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.[5] Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

1Co:2:5: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

Look at GOD with your SPIRITUAL EYE, for you are very much aware that your PHYSICAL EYE many a times does not allow/permit you to READ the WORD OF GOD (YOUR HOLY BIBLE). Do not look at your situation/circumstances. Learn to RECEIVE FAITH…..

Romans:10[13] For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.[14] How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?[15] And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things![16] But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? [17]So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Romans:14[22]: Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth. [23]And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.

HOW DO YOU & I REVIVE OUR FAITH – LET US SUMMARISE:

1.      READING THE WORD OF GOD

2.      HEARING THE WORD OF GOD

3.      BELIEVE – DOUBT NOT

M't:21:21: Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.

2Co:5:7: (For we walk by faith, not by sight)

Well JESUS in the New Testament said ‘Have Faith, for if you have the WORD OF GOD you will never see DEATH. By the VOICE & POWER of GOD we try to overcome all things.

DON’T DOUBT THE WORD OF GOD

Heb: 11[1] Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Daniel:3 [14] Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, Is it true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, do not ye serve my gods, nor worship the golden image which I have set up? [15] Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands? [16] Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. [17] If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. [18] But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

JEREMIAH was sad & weeping prophet, he became a mouthpiece of GOD. He was a challenging prophet at the age of 18 years…….

Jer:1[1] The words of Jeremiah the son of Hilkiah, of the priests that were in Anathoth in the land of Benjamin [2] To whom the word of the LORD came in the days of Josiah the son of Amon king of Judah, in the thirteenth year of his reign. [3] It came also in the days of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, unto the end of the eleventh year of Zedekiah the son of Josiah king of Judah, unto the carrying away of Jerusalem captive in the fifth month.[4] Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, [5] Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. [6] Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD!  behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.

[7] But the LORD said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak. BE DOER’S of THEE WORD OF GOD…Also move in SIGNS & WONDER’s but prior to all that CALL UPON THE LORD & HE WILL ANSWER YOU!

Jer:33:3: Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.

PRAYER

Dear Loving Heavenly Father, we come to your THRONE OF GRACE, we PRAISE, HONOR & ADORE You Lord. We put forth our REQUEST to your table of GRACE and ask that we be strengthened to STAND IN FAITH even when we can’t see our way, Stand in faith even when we feel like we can’t face another day, Stand in faith even when the tears want to flow from our eyes.

Stand in faith knowing that our God will always provide, Stand in faith even when we feel that all hope is gone, Stand in faith knowing that He is always there for us to lean on, Stand in faith - Hold on and be strong, for He is still on the throne, Stand in Faith knowing that He can change our situation, suddenly. 

Stand in faith -Even in those times you feel it’s hard to pray. Stand in faith - And believe that He has already made the way.

Faith ... is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen 
so HELP US ALL to stand in faith …..Because you already have the victory!

My Heart is stirred by a noble theme

For the Lord my God has redeemed

His people from the pit, unworthy

Washed with his blood, made worthy.

There are days in your life that pull you down,

Days when all you can do is frown,

You may feel unworthy of the life you posses,

It’s given with love for you to live with no stress!

You may feel unworthy of the love of God to you,

I struggled with that, searching for reasons too

I never did find anything apart from this one thing

That he loves us, because he loves us, because he loves us so!

He fully gave up his life, no turning back

It’s that too with Christ, he will satisfy all you lack

When you’ve given your life in total surrender,

For you broken heart, he’s the mender

He has promised to never leave you, ever

He will be with you, both today and forever

He calls you his children, beloved and holy

Since he’s the king, YOU are royalty!

Princes, princesses you turned out to be

And even when you don’t feel like it,

Remember that it’s up to him

‘Cuz his love for you is forever the same

Loves you so much, you have a new name!

And when the world stands against who you are

Forget it!!! You’re his little star,

The apple of his eye, precious gem

Through his blood you’re holy; he should be your anthem!

Young women, even even if all mankind doesn’t see your worth,

Pay no heed, the most high king is enthralled with your beauty

How the Lord will perpetuate the memory of you through all generations

'JESUS IS THE WAY,THE TRUTH & THE LIFE'

"Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life"

(Well my Dear Brethren, yesterday we spoke about How WE should BURN FOR JESUS, let us first establish the fact that JESUS is the only WAY...TRUTH .....and LIFE, HE is the only MEDIATOR between GOD & MAN (that is U & ME)...so let us BURN to know MORE about HIM (JESUS OUR LORD & SAVIOR).

 Jesus Christ is the POWER of GOD and the WISDOM of GOD (1Co:1:23: But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;[24] But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God). He is not one of an infinite number of ways to God; He is THE WAY, THE TRUTH and THE LIFE. In (John14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” )That is “probably the most exclusive statement ever made by anyone.” It is the greatest offense in our modern age of tolerance. But the truth remains as quoted in (Acts 4:12). “And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved”.  The world outside of Christ hates that statement. The truth is Jesus is Lord . “For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus” (1 Tim. 2:5).

Jesus made this statement with a sense of supreme authority on the night before His death. This is one of the seven great “I am” statements in the Gospel of John. Jesus directs the thoughts of the disciples to Himself. He is “the way, the truth, and the life.” He answers to our greatest needs in life, and He can do that because He is the “I AM.” “I myself (I with strong emphasis) am the way.” With the “I am” there is the emphatic emphasis, “I and I alone, I and no other” am the way, and the truth, and the life.  The “way” is the means to God the Father. He is the only Way. Only this ONE WAY takes us to the Father, and this way is a unique person.

JESUS IS THE WAY  JESUS is not only the way; HE is the only way to the Father. Man is totally ruined in sin, and his only hope in a right relationship with God is through the atonement of Jesus Christ. The solution to our problem is a personal relationship with Christ. Jesus said, “It is enough that you know Me.”

Our problem is SIN

Our problem is we are lost spiritually. We are like dumb foolish sheep that have wandered away into spiritual wilderness and have lost our way. Without Jesus Christ we are wanderers.

We are totally ruined by sin and are in a state of depravity. We feel guilty because we are guilty. We are in total ruin in God’s sight. We are not slightly tarnished by sin; we are dead, lost, condemned, unclean, alienated, totally depraved. We cannot influence on our part a right relationship with God. The only way we can have a right relationship with Him is by His grace.  We are sinners. That is not an excuse or a cop-out. It is a reality. We are spiritually dead and lost.

WASH by the BLOOD

“Therefore, brethren, since we have confidence to enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way let us sprinkle ourselves with the PRECIOUS BLOOD of JESUS from the CROWN of our HEADS to the very SOLES of our FEET  and be cleansed from an evil conscience and CLAIM TOTAL & COMPLETE PROTECTION for our lives."

HE IS THE ONLY PERFECT WAY

Jesus in not only your only way; He is the perfect way into God’s presence. We have a perfect position with God the Father. My faith says, ‘Though I have sinned, I have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous, and though I am guilty, yet by GRACE I AM SAVED and I AM A CHILD OF GOD STILL.’ . . . ‘How could I ever sin against my God who is so good to me? 

JESUS IS THE TRUTH

Jesus Christ is the full, final and complete revelation of God. Jesus is the truth. “I myself am the truth.” “I and I alone, and no one else am the truth.” Jesus is the actual embodiment of the truth. He is the authoritative representative and revealer of God. He hears what the Father says and does what the Father tells Him to do. You can paraphrase John 14:6 “I am the way that reveals the truth (about God) and gives life (to people).”

WE ARE LIVING IN A CONFUSED WORLD

Jesus Christ is the very reality of all God’s grace toward us sinners. Grace and truth could not merely be given. It actually came through the living person of Jesus Christ.

You don’t need a free book from the cults, or a “corrected” version of the King James Bible from the cults. Adam believed the devil’s lie, and men still believe it to this day. The reason is because fallen man has his spiritual senses darkened. The apostle Paul said, “being darkened in their understanding, excluded from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardness of their heart” (Eph. 4:18). The truth is found in the person of Jesus Christ. He is the truth. As He reveals the Father He exposes our sin and unbelief, for  “in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge” (Col. 2:3).

Men have exchanged the truth about God for a lie (Rom. 3:7; 15:8; 1:25). But the very truth of God resides in Christ. He is “FULL OF GRACE & TRUTH” (John1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.), and is the source of grace and truth to men (Joh:1:17: For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.). Truth is God’s very reality revealing itself in Jesus. Truth is knowledge of God through Jesus Christ. To have the Truth is to have eternal life.

HE IS THE GOD OF TRUTH

Have you humbled yourself and bowed down before Him who is the Truth—eternal Truth? The emphasis in this great statement is not just truth as opposed to a lie, reality as opposed to mere illusion, but His faithfulness, reliability, trustworthiness, sureness. Jesus Christ is the "God of truth" (Isiaih 65:16 That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes). Absolute truth is characteristic of God, and it is only as we know God that we know truth. It includes the complete reliability and the complete integrity of God. He will certainly act in accordance with the highest conceivable integrity and righteousness. 

JESUS IS THE LIFE

Jesus is “the life” for all who will repent and believe on Him alone for salvation. He alone delivers us from death. Christ is the Emancipator from death—physical, spiritual and eternal. “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly” (John 10:10).  “I myself,” this divine Person in our flesh, “I myself am the life.”

The natural man is spiritually dead. He is lifeless. Everything revolves around I, me and mine in the natural man’s life. He is alive to the world, but dead to God, and the things of God. He has earthly existence, but he is dead spiritually. However, Jesus promises to raise the dead. He gives life, eternal life, to all who will call upon HIM & HIS NAME. The life Christ gives is God’s life, therefore that life is eternal life. This truth gives the believer great assurance because we can no more perish than can God the Father can. If you have eternal life you cannot loose it because it is "ETERNAL." 

JESUS said, “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life” (John 5:24). The apostle John wrote: “He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him” (3:36).

Jesus promised “eternal life” to all who believe on Him. “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand” (John 10:27-28).

Jesus came that you may have His kind of life. He alone is the giver of life because He is its source. We must turn to Him who is the Life if we want abundant life.

Physical existence matters little, the only life worthy of the name is that which Jesus brings to life, because He is “the life.” Jesus is the real and living way of life.


REF. FROM GOSPEL OF JOHN

“Life” in the Gospel of John is characteristically “eternal life” (3:15). It is the gift of God through His Son. He came that men "might have life and have it more abundantly" (10:10). He died that men might have everlasting life and not perish (3:16-17). Only those who come to Him and eat His flesh and drink His blood have life (5:40).  Only those who see the Son and believe on Him can have life (6:40). He is the living bread that gives eternal life (6:51). He said that He had power to lay down His life and to take it again (10:18). His resurrection proves that He did just that. When He gives life men will never perish (10:28). As Lord of life He raised Lazarus from the dead (11:25-26; 14:6). Just as the Father who “has life in Himself” so does the Son (5:26). The whole Gospel of John is about this "life" that the Son gives to those who will call upon His name.

Jesus said, “I am the way and the truth and the life.” Jesus is not only the way to God; He is the truth of God because He is the embodiment of God’s self-revelation. He is the life of God. He is "the true God and eternal life" (1 John 5:20).

Jesus does not just show us the way to the Father; He is the way to the Father, the only way. Access to the Father’s house in heaven will only be through Jesus and no other person. He is the only one who can lead us to the place He has prepared for us. The way and the truth, and the life come to a focus in the one phrase, “through Me.” Jesus is the means.

JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY  

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me” (John 14:6).  The Father is on a divine mission in the life of His Son, Jesus Christ. Moreover, John 14:10 says the Father is living in Him. “I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me?”

“No one comes to the Father but through Me.” Christ is the only way to God. “For no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ” (1 Cor. 3:11).

Those words are exclusive, but not necessarily offensive, because they state precisely our greatest need. God in His matchless grace stepped in and provided what we could never provide for ourselves. That is good news.

He offers to each of us this new life. All that He requires is that we receive Him by faith. There is nothing to achieve, no self-help programs, no self-improvements to be made, no lessons to learn. He simply asks us to believe on Him. Accept Jesus Christ and what He claims to be—the way to God, the truth about God, the life of God. Believe on Him as receive the free gift of eternal life.  

It is almost as if Jesus states the fact, “I am, the way, the truth, the life” and then restates it saying, “No one comes to the Father except through Me.” “I alone am the one by whom people go to the Father.”


PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father, we just want to THANK YOU, when HEAVEN's were interrupted, it was because you send YOUR ONLY SON and his name is JESUS, a name ABOVE ALL NAMES, oh fill us LORD with the WISDOM to freely proclaim that - Jesus Christ is the only way by which men and women may come to the Father; there is no other way. We received the SAVING GRACE to SAVE other's who are in DARKNESS.


Lord as your LIGHT kindles within us, let us walk into that darkness to bring LIGHT to the others. Let us not FEAR that DARKNESS.


FILL US LORD WITH THE SPIRIT,let us proclaim and preach to all the nations & every CREATURE that JESUS ALONE IS OUR LORD AND SAVIOR.

WE PRAISE, ADORE & HONOR YOU LORD. WE MAKE THIS PRAYER IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS.....

SOLDIER IN GOD'S ARMY

DO YOU WANT TO BE A SOLDIER IN

Dear Brother's & Sister's, we are all in the army of Christ Jesus and we are at war!

Most people today have “the plague of entertainment”. This is where we are more consumed with an entertainment lifestyle than being consumed with the “Glory of God” And basking in His “Presence”.
This is a very dangerous place to live, and this is the tool Satan uses. For the deceptions of this world can come in and consume our thinking, our time, our money, and most of all pulls us away from that very place of serving God!
We all need to get out of our COMFORT ZONE and BE ON FIRE and BURN...BURN...BURN...BURN ....FOR JESUS

Deuteronomy 4:24
For the Lord your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God.

Has the FIRE gone out in your life? We should have the demonstration of the POWER OF GOD in our lives.
We should not be afraid, or be ashamed. We need to stir up what is inside of us. “Kindle the FLAME.”
If we become complacent and are no longer on fire we will then be in the smoke. In the natural smoke kills! In the spirit it also kills.




Are you living wrong? Get right! If you don’t get right you will get “left” behind.

2 Corinthians 7:1
HAVING THEREFORE, these [great] promises [are ours], beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from everything that contaminates and defiles body and spirit, and bring [our] consecration to completeness in the [reverential] fear of God.

Acts 2:1-4
AND WHEN the day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all assembled together in one place,
When suddenly there came a sound from heaven like the rushing of a violent tempest blast, and it filled the whole house in which they were sitting.

And there appeared to them tongues resembling fire, which were separated and distributed and which settled on each one of them. And they were all filled (diffused throughout their souls) with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other (different, foreign) languages (tongues), as the Spirit kept giving them clear and loud expression [in each tongue in appropriate words].

So my challenge today is, stir yourself up in the “Holy Ghost” become on fire for Jesus and “BURN...BURN...BURN” for him. Let there be a burning within that no man can put out. And let the FIRE (light) within you put out (pierce through) the darkness in the world. Become an all consuming fire for Jesus so that many will come into the saving (knowledge) grace of the almighty God!
Now this is the will of God in Christ Jesus!

(I extend my gratitude to Pastor Vincent Rajendra, for the message that was continued this evening @ ELM, well I learnt that GOD IS THE CREATOR & HIS VOICE (SPIRIT) is the PERFECTOR. Any person BORN AGAIN has the HOLY SPIRIT of GOD….make room for the HOLY SPIRIT. I will continue to blog on this subject matter in the days to come. Much said about the HOLY SPIRIT would still be insufficient. You should claim to know the difference between a NOMINAL Christian & BORN AGAIN Christian. Do you know WHY are you called THE CHILD OF GOD? Well we are all adopted by GOD and we all have the same SPIRIT – THE KINGSHIP OF GOD)

 The worldly proverb says, “The EMPTY VESSELS make MOST NOISE”. Isn’t this so very true? Let us now apply the same to our spiritual lives. When we are EMPTY and do not possess the Holy Spirit in us, we are not directed into doing things that please the Lord. Infact we become such busy bodies into other people’s personal lives, we make the wrong decisions, it’s all because the MIND is AT PLAY.

Coming back to the Word……Just before He ascended into heaven, Jesus said, "You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you" (Acts 1:8). 

This page will give you the instructions of HOW TO BE FILLED with the PRECIOUS HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD Himself, the manifest power of God.

This is not for our own purposes and is only to serve Him. However, this same POWER enables us to be what God wants us to be in this life and to be an overcomer.

Not an option. If you have already received Christ, in Eph5:18 -  And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit. God commands all believers to be filled with the SPIRIT therefore; we know it is God's will for everyone. It is really a command from God and really not an option.

Before His ascension into heaven, in Acts chapter 1 Jesus prophesied that this phenomenon would happen to believers. Jesus called it "the promise of the Father," told the disciples that they would receive power when the Holy Spirit came on them, and Jesus also referred to it as "the baptism with the Holy Spirit." It happened a few days later on the day of Pentecost as described in Acts 2:4, and there it is called being "FILLED with the SPIRIT."

In several others places in the book of Acts it happened to other believers and different terminology is used, but in all cases the Holy Spirit came "on" or "upon" people. It doesn't matter what you call it. The important thing is that it brings the fullness of God's power and releases the gifts of the Spirit in your life to be a witness for Christ and to do His will. This is currently happening in my life and is the power behind this message you are reading, my instant concern is that you should walk into the same fullness of GOD’S POWER.

Here is how you can be filled with the Spirit, right now !!!!!

First, you must sincerely desire for God to fill you with Himself, which really means you must want God to totally have His way in your life. Because God is total love and total wisdom and He always has our best interest in mind, we all should want that. Anything else is irrational. Therefore, present every area of your life to God.

Second, confess to God any known sin in your life and by faith thank Him that He has forgiven your sins -- past present and future -- because Christ died for you. By faith claim His promise of forgiveness and cleansing according to 1John1:9: If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. As David has written please claim the cleansing as in Psalms:51[9] Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.[10] Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.[11] Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.

Third, ask God to fill you with His Spirit. In a moment I will suggest a prayer. But remember, from Ephesians 5:18 we already know that it is His will for you. And we know that in 1 John 5:14-15, it says, " This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him." I repeat: it says, "…we know that we have (present tense) what we asked of him."

 Fourth, remember that we always receive from God by faith, so receive this gift by faith, as an act of your will, and thank and praise God for answering your prayer and filling you with His Spirit. 

Based on what God says about being filled with the Spirit, His command and His promise to give you what you ask according to His will, here is a suggested prayer. If you agree with these words, pray them now, and then believe, and you will receive. Remember that in Mark 11:24 Jesus said, "I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours."

PRAYER:

"Dear Lord Jesus, your Word says that you are the 'baptizer in the Holy Spirit.' Thank you for forgiving my sins because you died on the cross for me. Thank you for offering the fullness of your Spirit to me. As you commanded, I desire to be filled with your Spirit, so I know it is your will. And your promise says that if I ask anything according to your will, and if believe that I receive, then I can have what I ask for and it is mine. Therefore, I ask for the fullness and power of your Holy Spirit to come upon me right now. I receive Him by faith, right now. I now thank you for answering this prayer and filling me with your Holy Spirit. Now use me for your purposes and your glory. In Jesus' name. Amen."

Continue to worship and praise God. You may or may not experience physical or emotional feelings. That is not important. It is not based on feelings but on faith. Feelings may come now or later. The gifts of the Spirit may begin to flow through you immediately, or later, also by faith.

In the book of Acts, most or all of whom the Holy Spirit fell upon began to speak in unknown languages (e.g. 2:4, 10:46, 19:6). This manifestation of the Spirit continues widely to this day, as attested to worldwide by believers in virtually all denominations. Doubt and fear from poor teaching often blocks this manifestation, but doubt and fear are overcome by faith. Step out in faith and do not doubt.

Allow the life of Christ to flow through you and use you for God's purposes.
